Andrew Westsmith

Andy Westsmith's work examines relationships with themes such as loss, obsessive nature, beauty in decay, abandonment, education and the role that objects can play in his life as well as in other's lives. His images are a study of self but also work for each viewer, as they are able to consider their personal connections and memories to similar objects and stories from their own histories. Andy has graduated with a BA (Hons) in Photography and has had a long background working with creative media such as woollen textiles, paint, clay and wood.
